CRAZEAL - The worst online (offers) shopping portal
Dear Readers,
I would like share the experience that i faced with CRAZEAL, who are aggressively doing kind of marketing in promoting various brands across India.
It was last January 31st 2011, I had placed an order on CRAZEAL after seeing the promotional mail that i received from them on the same day. The offer was "Buy Today before 10:00PM & Get Delivery Before Valentine's Day! (I guess) the reason CRAZEAL named the combo "WINE VALENTINE COMBO" should be offering it to the users to enjoy the combo on valentines day, whereas they delivered the product only by evening on this valentines day which of no use and I believe they just don't know how to market a product and most of all how to handle their client base. CRAZEAL partnered with Kinvah in promoting this combo and started selling it and taking online payments for the same. But when you ask them for the status of the order, CRAZEAL say they need to check with Kinvah and above all its their call of when to deliver. If you guys cannot able to handle the delivery part then just stop promoting these kind of things and giving gyan to users.
The kind of service that CRAZEAL provides is pathetic. The customer support people at CRAZEAL will answer your calls only between 10am-6pm and whenever you check your status of the order placed they say they will call you back in 1 hour time, which never happened with me.
Let me brief you all with the exact experience of mine with CRAZEAL:
Step 1: Placed an order on January 31st
Step 2: Called CRAZEAL on Feb 1st to check the status, whereas they asked me to fill the document with my delivery address. Clicking on the link given it redirected me to google documents and there i filled my details.
Step 3: Called again CRAZEAL customer support on Feb 8th and the lady answered my call promised the product will be delivered on Monday i.e.,on 13/02/2012. Expecting atleast i may get the product delivered before valentines day agreed with her and kept quiet.
Step 4: Called CRAZEAL again on feb'14th morning, since i havent got the product delivered now the real face of these guys revealed. Spoke to a lady by the name SARA, she said it can be delivered by evening but cant promise about the same. Then i asked her to put me on to her senior, then her senior SANTHOSH came into picture(on phone). Discussed/Argued with him for atleast 25 mins but no use with discussing these idiots whereas they keep saying its all upto Kinvah about the delivery and so they cant help anything on this. Then finally he promised if i don't get the product delivered by evening he will refund my money next day which proves their incapability of handling customers.
Step 5: Finally i see a packet delivered to my security by 8pm when i was walking out from my office and believe me i really felt happy that atleast these guys delivered the product by evening. But my happiness didnt remain for a long time. When i opened the packet, found the glass broken, some cadbury chocolates packed in small foils, and 2 bottles of wine which actually cost you 270 & 130 rupees.
Here are my questions
Question 1: Why you cheat around with a price that surely will not convince yourself.
Actual cost:
Wine bottles cost - 230 & 170 = 400.00
Chocolates cost - 30.00
Wine Glass cost - 40.00
Overall the actual cost itself is not more then 450/- whereas they cheat people saying they give a combo worth 650 at the price of 499. What an idea to make themselves fool. Do you guys buy this combo for yourself?
Question 2: As you see, the promise done by crazeal now you please tell me what should i do with the package that i received with a broken glass.
But please check out the product that i received on delivery.
Question 3:The delivery time is given within 10 days of order.
But when i called them they said its 10 WORKING DAYS, i thought i need to check my eyes and so leaving that option to you all to see either they mentioned "within 10 days" or "10 working days" in the delivery time line. Whereas i received the product on 15th day after placing the order.
Moral of the story:
- Dont buy any products from CRAZEAL until unless they promise you that they take responsibility of delivering the product.
- Especially dont buy any products from CRAZEAL for some occasions which in return spoil your mood on that particular day
- Nothing much
Its upto you all now to do transactions with CRAZEAL in future or not but I will not be for sure and i am blocking all their mails as spam
